Spotlight

I have always preferred a good savoury product over a sweet one so towards the end of last year I thought I would start selling my pork and leek terrines amongst friends.  It is a fabulous recipe and is so adaptable and can include any of your favourite vegetables or fruits for that matter!  but the base has to be pork sausagemeat otherwise it just won't work. I am planning on experimenting in the next few months with new flavours like Pork, Leek and Apricots!  Turkey and Cranberry, anything you fancy really and I am always up for suggestions, Chicken and leek will probably be the next one I try my hand at.
